Job DetailsThe Building Automation Sales Manager drives growth for our Building Automation Division by pursuing plan-and-spec construction projects, engaging architects and engineering firms, and promoting Yales full portfolio of BAS solutions. This role blends business development, relationship management, and technical sales expertise to build a strong project pipeline and position Yale Mechanical as a preferred controls provider in the region.Key Responsibilities:

Identify, pursue, and close plan-and-spec BAS opportunities while managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through handoff to operations. Build and maintain strong relationships with A&E firms, contractors, and owners to influence specifications and support project development.
