The company provides commercial fleet financing, leasing, and mobility solutions to customers nationwide and operates with a strong emphasis on collaboration, diversity, and operational excellence. As the business continues to grow and evolve through recent integration and transformation initiatives, strengthening the accounts receivable and collections function is a top priority. Role Summary The Intersect Group is seeking

two Senior Collections Specialists

to support a major enterprise clean-up initiative focused on aged receivables, backlog resolution, and data reconciliation. These newly created roles replace offshore resources and will address issues stemming from systems migration, legacy data challenges, and a recent go-live.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, analytical environment and brings deep experience managing large B2B portfolios, resolving complex discrepancies, and driving meaningful collections results with strategic accounts. Key Responsibilities

Execute

high-volume B2B commercial collections , including outbound outreach, issue resolution, and follow-up. Address backlog created by legacy system data and post-migration discrepancies. Perform detailed account reconciliations and research mismatches affecting collectability. Analyze aging reports, historical trends, and transaction activity to prioritize collection strategies. Document collection efforts, root-cause findings, and action steps for leadership review. Partner with billing, credit, operations, and IT teams to resolve disputes and system-related issues. Maintain professionalism and composure when working with strategic accounts and large enterprise customers. Support ad hoc collection initiatives and enterprise clean-up projects as assigned. Key Requirements

5+ years of B2B commercial collections experience

in a Fortune 500 or enterprise environment. Proven success managing

$30M+ portfolios

and high-value strategic accounts. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience. Advanced analytical ability with experience investigating historical data and identifying root causes. Proficiency with enterprise ERP systems ( Oracle, JD Edwards, SAP, NetSuite , etc.). Intermediate Excel skills, including

pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, CONCATENATE , and related functions. Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently within a collaborative team setting. Preferred Skills

Fleet management industry experience. Oracle or Oracle Cloud

proficiency. High-volume phone collections experience (include daily call targets on resume). Experience working with complex billing structures or multi-system environments. Demonstrated history of conducting reconciliations and resolving difficult discrepancies.
