Associate Sales Representative – Radiometer
Radiometer , a Danaher operating company, is a global leader in acute care diagnostics. This role is a remote, West Coast position covering California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Oregon, Alaska, and Hawaii.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate effective selling skills and product knowledge to uncover customer needs and position Radiometer product solutions.
Build in-depth knowledge of CRM and funnel management tools; consistently apply these skills to qualify opportunities, build a pipeline, and make business decisions using MS Dynamics CRM.
Coordinate with outside field sales representatives to drive revenue growth for blood gas, sampler, and IT solutions within the assigned region.
Execute targeted marketing campaigns to create new business opportunities, grow existing opportunities, and help retain our current customer base.
Conduct outbound cold‑calling initiatives: targeted outreach to generate demand and drive additional growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required and/or 3+ years of related healthcare sales experience, preferably in laboratory diagnostics, clinical laboratory, and/or life‑science markets.
Experience working in cross‑functional environments and collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Service, etc.
Resides within the assigned sales region.
Travel & Physical/Environment Requirements
20% travel required, including tradeshows, customer visits, regional business meetings, and national sales meetings.
Preferred Experience
Prior experience with MS Dynamics CRM systems.
