Solutions Key Account Manager

opportunity to join the Field Sales team. In this role, as a Sales Account Manager, you perform outside sales and business development to HCP targets in the greater Los Angeles Territory. You are the only Solutions Key Account Manager for HCP in the region, and this is B2B commercial sales, not individual retail customers. This role requires mostly field sales with a flexible mix of home and some office work.

Compensation : $85k salary (firm) and first year on target earnings of $160‑180k+. Health benefits and retirement plan.

Your Impact

Ensure that local sales, profitability and cash flow targets are achieved

Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential

Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities and update the CRM

Increase customer satisfaction

Guarantee adequate market feedback on segment trends

Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities

What We Look For Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down‑to‑earth and ethical. You have a positive and proactive mindset, strong organizational skills and are used to working in a fast‑paced environment. You do not have to have gym or fitness equipment sales experience to be hired and successful!

What you should bring:

Passion for fitness, wellness, or athletics

At least 3 years’ sales experience in a field based sales role

Degree in Business Administration, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology

Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions

Excellent consulting sales approach and negotiation skills

Solid experience with sales CRM software, SalesForce preferred

Result‑driven approach

Excellent listening, communications and presentation abilities
