Summary The Account Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to our marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career looking to grow in a fast-paced agency environment.
This position will support our Client Services group under our Sales team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations:
Alexandria, VA
Chicago, IL
Essential Duties & Responsibilities External
Participate in, and take notes at, strategic meetings and client meetings.
Internal
Provide administrative support both on client related tasks, and those related to internal agency initiatives.
Collaborate with account and creative teams, as well as specialists, to execute results-driven campaigns.
Develop and maintain a working-level understanding of assigned clients’ industries, company culture, products/services and strategic communication plan.
Perform a variety of duties to support the execution of campaigns which may include coordinating ad submissions and barter fulfillments, managing client’s social media communities, maintaining up-to-date website content, coordinating email deployment and conducting primary and secondary qualitative and quantitative research.
Participate in kick-off meetings and creative concept development.
Monitor and report overall campaign performance (external) to ensure client goals are achieved.
Create and submit invoices and POs.
Open new projects and close completed projects in project management software.
Support the implementation of campaign tactics and timelines.
Proofread internal and client proofs.
Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or business administration.
0–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of marketing tools.
Collaborative.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Organizational and time management skills.

Travel Requirements Travel up to 25%
