Senior Sales Manager Europe (m/w/d) Join Adasys GmbH as a Senior Sales Manager Europe and drive innovation in POS systems with a dynamic team in Germany.
Tasks
Manage customer accounts of POS systems at the ISV/SI/End‑User levels across Europe.
Grow POS business in Europe by winning large deals in new accounts.
Work independently on RFP/RFI processes.
Create sales offers, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
Apply good understanding of IT knowledge, particularly hardware.
Leverage relevant market experience in the retail/hospitality industry.
Conduct market trend and competitor analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or comparable qualification with relevant IT knowledge.
Team player, result‑driven, self‑motivated, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Experience selling hardware, software, and services.
Strong relationships with C‑level executives in accounts.
Experience working with international companies.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Proficiency in German and English.
