About the Role

We are in a strong growth phase, expanding rapidly and acquiring new clients across key markets. We are looking for a driven Business Development Sales Executive / Manager to help accelerate this momentum.

This role combines strategic account growth and new client acquisition, with a focus on both Staffing and SOW (Statement of Work) business. You will expand an existing key client in Southern California while also bringing in new business.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new client acquisition across Staffing and SOW services

Expand and grow an existing SOW-focused client in Southern California

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and decision-makers

Develop proposals, respond to client needs, and negotiate contracts

Partner with internal teams to ensure successful delivery

Maintain pipeline, track performance, and meet revenue targets

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in Business Development / Sales

Proven success in new business development and account growth

Experience in Staffing and/or SOW-based engagements

Strong hunter mindset with the ability to close deals

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Apollo, or similar)
