We’re looking for a strategic and relationship-driven
HR Business Partner
to support leaders, drive people-focused initiatives, and help strengthen our organizational culture. This role partners closely with business units to align HR strategies with operational goals while supporting employee relations, engagement, and talent development.
What You’ll Do
Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
Address employee relations matters with fairness and consistency
Support performance management, succession planning, and development initiatives
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Learning teams to meet current and future talent needs
Lead or support HR program rollouts, policy updates, and engagement initiatives
Monitor HR metrics and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Maintain strict confidentiality and build strong, trusted relationships across the organization
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
4–6 years
of progressive HR experience (HRBP or generalist preferred)
Strong communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills
Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Advanced proficiency in the
Microsoft Office Suite
(Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) with the ability to build reports, presentations, and data‑driven insights
Role requires frequent screen use, communication, and mobility throughout the office
Reasonable accommodations available

2–3 days in office per week
