Purpose of Position The Sales Executive is responsible to develop relationships with potential Owners and influencers to sell the NetJets product. Also supports and maintains relationships with existing Owners to cultivate those relationships for retention, renewal, and referral opportunities. The ultimate measure of success for the Sales Executive is the performance relative to New Business quota which includes the sale of NetJets One Card and NetJets fractional shares and leases to new Owners. The Sales Executive's performance is also measured against a quota for Existing Business sales which includes card and share renewals, trades, and add-on hours.

Tasks And Responsibilities

Develop and create new client relationships through process of prospecting, lead follow-up, interest development, closure and post-close handoff to an Account Executive and Owner Services

Helps develop the NetJets brand through representation of product, programs, capabilities, and partnerships

Establish, build, and expand relationships with existing and potential customers through regional activity with NetJets' affinity partnerships and personal network

Retain and service long‑term relationships with Owners in coordination with the Account Executives and Owner Services for that Owner

Works with a Sales Consultant and/or independently to develop and maintain accurate prospect and Owner data through diligent use of Salesforce.com, IntelliJet2 and other systems

Prompt and accurate completion of Sales reports requested by management including sales forecasts and territory business plans.
