Medical Device- Start Up Opportunity- Endocrinology
Start-up healthcare company is expanding their commercial sales team and looking for experienced field sales professionals to help expand awareness and adoption.
Field Sales Representative (Territory-based;
no overnight travel )
Total 1st year compensation: $180,00-$280,000++
On-Target Earnings:
$80,000–$160,000++ in commissions/bonus
Territory: North New England- bulk business is North Boston, Newburyport, Portsmouth and Manchester NH areas
Calling on endocrinologists, primary care and specialty clinics
Educating on clinical benefits and driving product adoption
What They’re Looking For:
2-5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience OR
2+ years of medical device experience
Endocrine/Diabetes experience strongly preferred but not required
Strong consultative selling skills and relationship building
Comfort engaging healthcare providers and influencing product adoption
