We are seeking experienced independent, multi-line sales representatives and agencies to represent Rhea Designs across key U.S. territories. Brand Highlights
Established with major national retailers Actively expanding into new categories and channels Built on strong operational infrastructure and fulfillment capabilities Focused on long-term, strategic partnerships Key Responsibilities
Represent and grow the Rhea Designs product line within your territory Develop and maintain relationships with:
Lighting showrooms Interior designers Builders and contractors Regional and independent retailers
Identify and secure new business opportunities aligned with brand positioning Support product launches, promotions, and showroom presentations Provide market feedback, competitive insights, and customer needs Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction Qualifications
An established independent sales rep or agency with active accounts in the home furnishings, lighting, or adjacent categories Currently representing complementary (non-competing) lines Strong relationships within your territory across showrooms, designers, and trade professionals A self-starter who operates with ownership, professionalism, and accountability Highly responsive and aligned with a service-driven sales approach Experienced in managing multiple product lines while prioritizing growth opportunities What We Look For in a Partnership
