What does the internship program entail? The One Connect Intern will support the One Connect team in building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, learning how innovative services and solutions are delivered across multiple industries. This role is designed as a developmental opportunity for a motivated early‑career individual who is interested in technology, client engagement, and commercial roles.

Under the guidance of experienced team members, the intern will gain exposure to client support activities, sales operations, and account management while developing core professional skills in communication, relationship building, and data analysis.

Support the One Connect team in maintaining relationships with new and existing clients and partners.

Assist in preparing product and service information for client discussions and follow‑ups.

Help monitor client accounts and activities to ensure a positive experience, escalating issues where appropriate.

Support the identification of opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling by gathering information and preparing summaries for the team.

Participate in client reviews by helping to compile insights on client needs and activity.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations, and support) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Assist with maintaining sales data, including updating funnels and forecasts in Salesforce.com.

Prepare basic reports on client activities, satisfaction levels, and account status for internal review.

Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services through structured learning and on‑the‑job exposure.

Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI tools or automation to improve team processes, workflows, or efficiency, and share recommendations with the team.

Essential Skills and Experience to be Successful in the Role:

Recent graduate or be in your last year of a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree

Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential

Interest in technology, client engagement, or commercial roles.

We spend around 60% of our time in the office and around 40% of our time working remotely. Some individuals may be required to work from the office or client sites more than 60% of the time, if required by their role and/or client needs.

Your precise work schedule will be determined by you, your Line Manager and HR before commencement of your internship program with IPC.
