The Opportunity Do you love sports and thrive in a fast‑paced, relationship‑driven sales role? As a

Territory Sales Manager , you’ll own and grow your territory by building strong partnerships across the sports community—all while representing a brand that truly lives the game.

What You’ll Do

Grow sales and brand presence across the Upper Midwest territory

Build lasting relationships with dealers, coaches, athletes, and industry partners

Develop new opportunities with parks & recreation departments, camps, clubs, high schools and youth sports organizations

Travel throughout the territory (2–3 trips per month, seasonally driven)

Attend trade shows, conferences, clinics, and partner events

Track market trends and competitor activity

Submit bi‑weekly sales activity reports and maintain accurate lead records

Requirements What You Bring

Reside within designated territory

Outside sales experience preferred

Strong communication skills (in person, phone, and email)

Excellent organization and time‑management abilities

Self‑starter mindset with the ability to thrive independently

High energy, motivated, and comfortable multitasking

Willingness to travel frequently

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
