Director, Global Oncology Market Access Lung The Director will have GMAx responsibilities for developing access strategies for pipeline assets with lung indications. The candidate is expected to have deep knowledge of the lung cancer access landscape to ensure market access considerations are embedded early in the development of assets respective to their lung indications. As a GMAx lead, the candidate will synthesize extensive and complex information from internal and external insights to independently formulate market access considerations, deliver a concise market access narrative, and lead discussion in key forums to support the strategy for pipeline assets and specifically for lung indications.
The candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams such as value and implementation teams and global marketing teams to ensure appropriate positioning of assets with lung indications and impact assessment of competitive pricing/access activities. The candidate will also collaborate closely with the Regional Market Access teams to gather market insights that inform strategies.
The selected candidate is expected to operate with integrity and transparency, and adhere to laws, regulations, and company policies governing our industry.
Primary Activities Include, But Are Not Limited To
Translate deep knowledge of the lung access landscape, competitors, payers, and future access trends into access insights to develop strategies.
Collaborate with Oncology Global Market Access and Pricing Team, Oncology Global Marketing, Oncology US Marketing, HH International, Global Pricing, Value and Implementation Teams, Policy, Regional Market Access teams, SAS, to provide critical lung market access viewpoints across stakeholder workstreams.
Work with cross‑functional teams to develop payer value proposition and scientific narrative for pipeline assets with lung indications.
Lead the lung strategy development for selected pipeline assets and lead discussions at key forums and meetings.
Monitor oncology global competitors, comparator prices, and strategy.
Collaborate with GMAx asset leads on different aspects of the pipeline assets to ensure coherent strategy development.
Education Minimum Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in a business or science related discipline.
Master’s degree (MBA/MS) or other post‑graduate degree (preferred).
Required Knowledge And Skill
Oncology knowledge, including lung clinical development space.
Knowledge of product development and commercialization process.
Understanding of the global payer environment and perspectives in lung cancer.
Strong influencing, negotiating, conflict resolution skills.
Strategic thinking and integration skills.
Experience successfully leading cross‑functional matrix teams.
Proven success working within large and complex strategic initiatives.
Strong project management and implementation/operational skills.
Ability to understand, develop and communicate science‑based strategies and messages.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong commercial orientation and business acumen.
Preferred Knowledge And Skills
7 years in oncology and/or market access, pricing, and business development.
Market access and product launch experience.

Compensation Salary range:
