The Territory Account Specialist (TAS) – Dedicated Customer manages Diversey’s business within an assigned territory for a specific customer. The TAS surveys, installs, maintains and/or repairs chemical dispensing platforms at customer sites. The role is responsible for delivering the value proposition and meeting contracted service level agreements for primarily Retail, kitchen, and housekeeping applications. The TAS must build and maintain strong relationships with customers. This is a remote position and uses emerging electronic technology for communication, reporting, and auditing. Responsibilities
Ensure customers have an outstanding experience with the Diversey cleaning and sanitation program. Establish excellent relationships at all levels of the customer organization (end users, supervisors, managers). Adhere to policies, procedures, and better working practices raised by the EHS department to maintain a secure environment. Install equipment following Standard Operating Procedures. Conduct routine visits, diagnose and resolve technical problems and/or conditions. Train customers on safe equipment use, Safety Data Sheets, cleaning procedures, and product information. Check inventory to ensure customers have the minimum amount of supplies on-site, manage purchasing orders, and ensure program compliance. Represent the voice of the customer by recapping focus areas, following up on issues, and capturing customer satisfaction. Manage adequate inventory levels in company vehicle and storage units. Execute administrative duties including completing timesheets daily, following up on equipment/parts purchasing orders, documenting consumption of equipment/parts at customer sites for cost allocation, and reviewing the weekly customer visit plan with the manager. Complete paid annual training and mandatory safety training. Attend all Customer Food Safety Trainings and complete related audits. Attend all in-person and online trainings, meetings, etc. Train customers on Food Safety and Sanitation standards. Effectively manage routes to be efficient and productive. Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required. 1+ years of Food Safety knowledge and procedures. Possess a ServSafe Certification and have the ability to obtain CP-FS (Certified Professional in Food Safety) in 1 year or less. 1+ years of field service experience (maintaining industrial equipment / mechanical problem solving) or selling cleaning solutions/equipment to Hospitality/Food Service businesses. Availability to support business needs. Computer technology experience – Email, Excel, Word. Valid US Driver’s License with a good driving record and the ability to drive for extended periods. Physical requirements: moving objects up to 40 lbs and performing precise work in limited spaces; effective use of power tools in limited spaces; plumbing skills; professional attitude and self-motivation/direction; high attention to detail, time management, communication, decision-making, interpersonal relationships, and organizational skills; ability to work cross-functionally to achieve company goals.
