Role Description

Possess a valid Real Estate License and a strong knowledge of real property regulations Proficiency in Real Estate and Sales practices Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service and client relationship management Ability to stay current with market trends and local real estate developments Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in using real estate software and tools is a plus Previous experience in a real estate or related sales role is beneficial
