We are seeking talented PART‑TIME OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVES for our remote Orkin Customer Contact Center. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays to ensure we have consistent support for our customers. Work shifts vary Monday – Saturday from 9am – 9pm EST.
Must be available to attend training Mon – Fri from 9am – 6pm EST
Must reside in the continental US

Work remotely from your home office. You must have a minimum of 100 mbps upload/50 mbps download or higher, high‑speed internet connection. We will provide the computer and other equipment necessary to be successful in this role.
Support our field's peak season that starts building around February.
Manage the customer relationship to ensure best‑in‑class service, while also identifying opportunities for cross‑selling and up‑selling.
Use different gamification methods as a tool to measure performance.

Qualifications
High School / GED.
2+ years of telesales experience with a proven track record of hitting sales quota(s).
2+ years of cold‑calling and/or telemarketing experience.
Will be required to make 200+ phone calls per day.
High level of PC knowledge as you will be required to navigate through multiple systems while speaking with customers on the phone.

Appropriate workspace in your home, private or semi‑private home‑office space free of distractions and background noise.

Must reside within commuting distance of greater Green Bay, WI metro area.
