Overview GoTo Telemed is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing network of independent contractors. This is a 100% work-from-home opportunity focused on generating qualified sales through cold calling and email outreach to medical practitioners and healthcare professionals. You'll work with pre-qualified leads where prospects already understand our services. This role is ideal for self-motivated professionals with strong communication skills and consultative sales experience who prefer independent contractor status.

Key Responsibilities

Execute 15-20+ cold calls and targeted emails daily to pre-qualified medical practitioners using provided lead lists

Present GoTo Telemed\'s telehealth and teledentistry platform services through consultative, problem-focused conversations

Ask discovery questions to understand prospect pain points, practice size, and compliance requirements

Clearly articulate how our platform addresses healthcare operational needs (patient engagement, regulatory compliance, medical billing, revenue optimization)

Address healthcare practitioners\' concerns about adoption, integration, and ROI with professional responses

Drive minimum 20 conversions per month (new client sign-ups) from 1,000+ qualified leads provided monthly

Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions and conversion status in CRM system or personal tracking system

Execute systematic follow-up sequences through multiple touchpoints to prospects not ready to decide on first contact

Provide feedback on prospect objections, market conditions, and competitive intelligence

Maintain high professional standards in all communications, positioning GoTo Telemed as a trusted healthcare technology partner

Requirements Required Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of B2B sales, inside sales, business development, or independent sales contractor experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex solutions clearly

Problem-solving oriented, consultative sales mindset

Proven ability to work independently, manage your own time, and operate without supervision

CRM proficiency (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar); ability to quickly learn new platforms OR ability to use your own CRM/tracking system

Comfortable using email, video conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet), and web-based tools

Legal authorization to work in the United States as an independent contractor

Preferred Qualifications

Healthcare industry sales experience (medical devices, health IT, telehealth, insurance, hospital services)

Knowledge of medical billing, HIPAA compliance, or healthcare regulatory requirements

Previous independent contractor or 1099 sales experience

Track record of exceeding sales targets and conversion goals

Experience selling professional services or software-as-a-service (SaaS)

Existing book of business or established client network in healthcare

Bilingual abilities (English + Spanish)
