Key Responsibilities
Support sophisticated tax planning efforts for closely held businesses and high‑net‑worth individuals
Develop deep expertise in the firm’s niche industries and deliver strategic advisory and consulting services
Mentor, supervise, and provide performance feedback to team members
Collaborate with firm leadership to structure and manage a variety of client engagements
Lead client service teams, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, timely and efficient service delivery, and continuous team development
Analyze and communicate solutions to complex tax matters, applying creativity, thorough research, and a strong understanding of tax regulations and their implications
