Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55K–$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission. Top performing agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+. Location
Inbound Remote sales representative position available for candidates based in Oklahoma, Tennessee, Minnesota, Nebraska, Alabama, and Louisiana. Applicants must reside within these specified locations to be considered for this role. Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales Agent you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. Training and Schedule
Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls; all incoming warm leads. Opportunities for rewards and recognition. Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (example 11am–8pm CST). This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift. All computer equipment is provided. Work‑at‑home requirements include a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and wired high‑speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload). Liberty Mutual does not support satellite or mobile internet service. Qualifications
2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required. Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales. Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers. Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills. Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency. Property and Casualty Insurance License. Training will be provided if you do not currently hold a license. Benefits
