# **Our Privacy Statement & Cookie Policy**We are hiring a Manager, AI Sales Effectiveness to help the Mid-Law sales organization use internal AI tools to sell more effectively, faster, and with greater impact.
This is a hands-on role for a former seller who understands how deals are actually won and is excited to apply that experience to shaping repeatable, AI-enabled selling practices across the Mid-Law segment.
This role sits at the intersection of sales execution, internal AI capability, and go-to-market enablement. You will act as both a builder and operator - designing workflows, governing usage, and helping roll new capabilities into the field.

Enable AI-Driven Selling Practices:You're a fit for the **Manager, AI Sales Effectiveness** if your background includes:Prior experience as a quota-carrying Sales Executive (legal tech or professional services experience preferred)Working knowledge of modern sales AI tools and platforms (e.g., internal copilots and chat tools, conversation intelligence, etc.)**Flexibility & Work-Life Balance:** Flex My Way is a set of supportive workplace policies designed to help manage personal and professional responsibilities, whether caring for family, giving back to the community, or finding time to refresh and reset.
