About the Opportunity Our client is a rapidly growing multi-unit restaurant group focused on building strong community presence and driving high-impact new store openings. They are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support field marketing efforts and help execute local strategies that generate buzz, traffic, and long-term brand loyalty. Position Overview This role will play a key part in launching new locations by connecting with the local community, coordinating partnerships, and executing grassroots marketing initiatives. Ideal for someone early in their career with strong energy, creativity, and a people-first mindset. Key Responsibilities Support new store openings through on-the-ground marketing execution and local engagement Build relationships with community partners, local businesses, schools, and organizations Coordinate and attend local events, fundraisers, and brand activations to drive awareness Execute field marketing initiatives including sampling, promotions, and outreach campaigns Assist with planning and logistics for grand openings and pre-opening marketing efforts Partner with operations teams to ensure strong in-store marketing execution Track performance of local marketing efforts and provide feedback on ROI and engagement What They’re Looking For 0.5 to 4 years of experience in marketing, events, hospitality, or related field High-energy, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills Comfortable being in the field and representing the brand in the community Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects at once Passion for restaurants, hospitality, and community engagement Willingness to travel locally for store openings and events Preferred Backgrounds Restaurant, retail, or hospitality marketing Event coordination or grassroots marketing experience Experience working in fast-paced, multi-unit environments Why This Role Opportunity to be part of a high-growth brand with strong expansion plans Hands-on role with direct impact on new store success High visibility with leadership and operations teams Clear path for growth within marketing and operations #J-18808-Ljbffr
