Interns will support day‑to‑day operations, contribute to real projects, and gain exposure to how teams collaborate across the business. Interns will participate in structured onboarding, professional development sessions, mentorship opportunities, and meaningful project‑based work aligned to team priorities. This program is designed to provide practical experience, skill‑building, and career exposure for emerging talent in the San Antonio community.
Who You Are: Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student , including:
Rising undergraduate juniors,
Graduate students who have completed at least one year of their program
Must have at least one academic year remaining following completion of the internship
Must be eligible to participate in the City of San Antonio’s Ready to Work Program
Must be based in or attending school in the San Antonio area
Must be available to participate in the full 8‑week internship program (June 22 – August 14, 2026)
Must be available to work up to 40 hours per week during the internship period
The Marketing Intern will support brand, marketing, and communications initiatives that help engage fans, partners, and the community. This role offers exposure to creative strategy, content development, and campaign execution.
What You’ll Do Assist with planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
Support content creation for digital, social, and promotional channels
Help coordinate marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables
Conduct basic research and analysis on audience trends and engagement
Support cross‑functional collaboration with internal teams
What You’ll Gain Exposure to marketing strategy in a fast‑paced environment
Experience supporting real campaigns and brand initiatives
Development of communication, organization, and creative skills
