Role Description This is a hybrid, on-site and remote position based in Yuma, AZ, with travel opportunities included. The Social Media Marketing & Content Manager will work directly with Showkase and Showkase World to create, manage, and execute digital marketing strategies while capturing and producing high-quality content. You will also travel with the artist to New York (all expenses paid by Fully Focused Management) to document live performances, studio sessions, and industry events. Key Responsibilities Record high-quality video and photo content at shows, studio sessions, rehearsals, and events Capture behind-the-scenes, day-in-the-life, and promotional content Organize, store, and manage all media assets Support creative direction for visual storytelling Social Media Management Develop and execute content strategies across platforms Manage and optimize accounts on: Instagram TikTok YouTube Facebook X (Twitter) Post engaging, real-time content to maximize reach and engagement Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions Grow and maintain a loyal online community Marketing, Promotion & Campaigns Promote music releases, merchandise, and events Assist with merch sales and brand campaigns Build and manage email lists for fan engagement Conduct outreach to influencers, blogs, playlists, and media outlets Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data Assist with social media ads and paid promotion strategies Qualifications Strong experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Strategy, and Digital Marketing Ability to create, plan, and execute engaging content Excellent communication and storytelling skills Experience analyzing data and improving campaign performance Knowledge of social media tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software Familiarity with branding, audience growth, and digital trends Understanding of music streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, YouTube Music) Experience in entertainment, music, or artist branding is a strong plus Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (not required) Required Equipment Smartphone capable of high-quality video: Android 14 or newer OR iPhone 12 or newer (recommended) Laptop for editing, uploading, and communication What You Get ✈️ All-expenses-paid travel to New York through Fully Focused Management Hands-on experience working with a rising artist under professional management Creative input and freedom in shaping content direction Real-world portfolio building with industry-level projects Opportunities for long-term growth within Showkase World Direct involvement in music marketing, branding, and live event coverage Experience working in a fast-growing creative and entertainment environment How to Apply Send your resume to: showkaseworld@mail.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
