Personal Insurance Account Manager (Hybrid) Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Insurance Account Manager to join a close-knit and family-oriented team. This is a hybrid role, offering a balance of in-office and remote work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal insurance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage a book of business effectively. Compensation Package Salary Range : $63,000 - $68,000 annually Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance Work Arrangement : Hybrid schedule (4 days remote, 5 days in-office on a rotating basis) Responsibilities Manage a personal insurance book of business valued at $1.5 million, with account sizes ranging from $1,000 to $6,000. Handle daily tasks such as renewals, customer requests, issuing ID cards, adding vehicles and jewelry, endorsements, and rewrites. Quote new and renewal business to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Utilize Applied EPIC software and work with carriers such as Andover, ASI, Chubb, Fireman’s, FMI, Guard, Great Bay, Harleysville, Foremost, Mercury, NBIC, Nationwide, Plymouth Rock, Progressive, and UPCIC. Collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive and family-like work environment. Qualifications/Requirements Licensure : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in personal insurance account management. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is highly recommended. Customer Service : Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively address client needs and build lasting relationships. Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
