Media Manager

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to join our US media team as a Media Manager . This hybrid role focuses primarily on account management and campaign trafficking, supported by performance analysis and light billing responsibilities. The ideal candidate can seamlessly bridge account deliverables with data-driven insights. You will collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, commercial, e-commerce) and external partners (suppliers, media platforms) to implement, monitor, optimize, and report on campaigns, while also supporting financial reconciliation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both relationship building and operations, and who wants to grow in a cross-functional capacity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Majority focus on Account Management & Campaign Execution: Manage day-to-day relationships and performance for a portfolio of small supplier accounts Set up, QA, launch, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Haypp Group web properties Manage creative assets, targeting parameters, delivery, and reporting Liaise with suppliers, media, and e-commerce teams to ensure assets meet specifications and deadlines Verify campaigns align with media calendars and legal requirements Troubleshoot technical issues, such as creative rendering errors or delivery discrepancies Maintain trafficking documentation, performance reports, and campaign records What We Offer We are a value-driven company with our values We team up, Innovation Drives Us, Inclusion and Non-Hierarchy and Going the Extra Mile at the heartbeat of everything that we do.
