This is a full-time hybrid position with offices located throughout Connecticut and the Hudson Valley region of New York. This position offers a hybrid schedule that would require 3 days a week in-office and 2 days remote.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and outgoing Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of personal lines insurance, a client-first mindset, and the ability to deliver responsive, high-quality service.
The ideal candidate brings professionalism, positive energy, and a passion for helping clients navigate their insurance needs while working in a collaborative and growth-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Market client accounts to negotiate and secure the most appropriate insurance coverage for both new and renewal business.
Serve as the primary contact for clients, responding to inquiries, explaining coverages and premiums, and assisting with claims coordination.
Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, binders, endorsements, and related documents.
Research and resolve service issues, including coverage questions and billing discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date policy information within the agency management system.
Review policies and endorsements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Assist with contract and certificate compliance requests.
Stay current on industry developments, including underwriting appetites and pricing trends.
Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in personal lines account management
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong client service and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
