Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Internship is designed for a creative, detail-oriented individual to bridge the gap between Human Resources and Public Affairs. The intern will focus on elevating our employer brand to attract diverse talent—from bus operators and mechanics to accountants and IT specialists.
Job Responsibilities
Help create Recruitment marketing and material
Collaborate with Public affairs to create recruitment promotions for social media
Create visually appealing job flyers, digital material and assets that align with agency branding
Work with Talent Acquisition to enhance the “social” life cycle of a candidate from application to first day
Meet Weekly with Public Affairs team ensure recruitment messaging is consistent with brand standards
Monitor and report on performance of recruitment postings
Assist the department with basic HR duties as needed

Ability to learn about the company, understand corporate priorities and how Talent Acquisitions supports those priorities
Ability to exercise discretion, confidentiality and sound judgment

Solid verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects with superior attention to detail
Eager to learn new skills and programs
Familiar with various social media platforms
Utilize graphic design tools, such as Canva and Adobe Suite, to create flyers and digital content
Familiar with Microsoft 360 or MS Office programs
