We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations of our marketing department and drive meaningful results.
Working closely with the Director of Strategic Marketing, you'll play a key leadership role – ensuring campaigns run smoothly, projects stay on track, and our marketing initiatives deliver measurable impact aligned with organizational goals.

Here's what day to day will look like (the below are job highlights and not all inclusive): This role works in close partnership with the Director of Strategic Marketing to translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable project plans while ensuring all initiatives remain aligned with departmental goals. It requires proactive communication of progress, opportunities, and challenges, as well as strong organizational oversight to maintain structured project systems and accurate documentation. The position coordinates daily marketing workflows across campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, properly tracked in tools such as Asana, and supported with clarity and problem-solving guidance for the team.
In addition to leading and developing a high-performing marketing team, the role oversees website content and technical updates within WordPress, troubleshoots CMS and integration issues, and supports broader marketing technology systems. Responsibilities also include assisting with the execution of multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, print, and traditional media; coordinating paid media efforts such as social advertising and Google Ads; organizing campaign assets; and tracking performance metrics. The position provides light creative support, ensures brand consistency across materials, and contributes to departmental initiatives, events, and special projects with clear, professional communication.
Required Qualifications - What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
4–5 years of professional marketing experience with hands-on campaign and project coordination.
2+ years managing or supporting a mid-size (8+) team.
Strong leadership, coaching, and collaboration skills.
Exceptional organization and project management abilities - able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Working knowledge of WordPress and CMS platforms.
Experience with: Social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later)
Google Ads
HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation systems
Asana or comparable project management platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Cultural awareness and sensitivity, with a willingness to learn and honor Pueblo community protocols.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships across diverse cultural and social backgrounds.
Additional Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background investigation.
Native American preference applies.
Preferred Experience Background in cultural, nonprofit, tourism, or mission-driven organizations.
Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social insights platforms, or HubSpot reporting.
Experience coordinating cross-functional creative or content teams.
