Responsibilities Complex UX Strategy: Drive end-to-end UX design experiences for internal tools, prioritizing clarity and efficiency for high‑proficiency power users
Vision & Influence: Craft a vision for great customer experiences and inspire cross‑functional partners to get behind that vision
Visual Craft: Execute strong visual design with a "high‑end" level of craft and polish in interaction, visual, and motion design
Data Translation: Translate complex telemetry data into clean, functional interfaces and actionable business insights
Technical Collaboration: Partner with Design Technologists and Engineering to ensure UI integrity and bridge the gap between requirements and technical constraints
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
8+ years of experience in product design, preferably in large‑scale products and large enterprises
Portfolio: An online portfolio that demonstrates strong user‑centered design principles and mastery of craft (Interaction, Visual, Motion)
Design Tools: Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design prototyping tools
Expert User Design: Deep understanding of user‑centered design principles for high‑proficiency expert users
Management: Organized, self‑directed, and able to manage multiple complex projects in a timely manner
Leadership & Impact: Proven track record of leading and delivering impactful design solutions across large and complex products and platforms
Strategic UX Methods: Deep knowledge of user experience methods, innovation, ideation, storytelling, prototyping, design frameworks, and problem‑framing
Data Expertise: Expertise in Data Visualization, specifically in designing dashboards that translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights
Analytical Thinking: Exceptional ability to analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and measure outcomes
Collaboration & Influence: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with and influence designers, product management, and engineering leaders to drive outcomes
0‑1 Execution: Experience navigating ambiguous 0‑1 product spaces and working in an environment of experimentation and rapid testing
Sector Preference: Experience in the video or streaming sectors (e.g., GoPro, Netflix, Twitch) or media asset management is highly preferred
Compensation The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
