Personal Lines - Account Manager

Personal Lines Account Manager (In-Office, Full-Time) We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing insurance agency. This is a full-time, in-office position (40 hours per week) focused on servicing and retaining an established book of personal lines clients. Responsibilities Manage a book of personal lines accounts (home, auto, umbrella, etc.) Handle policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner Review coverages and identify opportunities to improve protection Remarket policies when necessary to maintain competitive pricing Work closely with producers to support client needs and retention Process certificates, ID cards, and other policy documentation Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system Qualifications 1+ years of personal lines insurance experience preferred Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain quickly) Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience with agency management systems (Applied Epic) is a plus What We Offer Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth within the agency Supportive, team-oriented office environment Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week (in-office) Why Join Us We pride ourselves on building long-term relationships with our clients and providing high-level service.
