We are looking for a driven, consultative, and commercially sharp Tech Sales Associate to help expand our client base, develop new business opportunities, and bring Lucent Engine’s solutions to market. Position Summary The Tech Sales Associate is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across Lucent Engine’s technology, media, and marketing service lines. This is a revenue-generating role designed for someone who can open doors, build trust quickly, uncover business pain points, and present tailored solutions that align with client growth goals. This role requires a proactive hunter mentality, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to translate complex products and services into clear business value. The ideal candidate is comfortable prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and managing a sales pipeline from first touch through close. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, digital prospecting, and strategic follow-up Identify qualified leads across target industries including local businesses, service providers, professional firms, growth-stage brands, and enterprise prospects Conduct discovery conversations to understand client objectives, current marketing gaps, sales bottlenecks, and revenue opportunities Present Lucent Engine’s products and services in a consultative, solutions-based manner tailored to each prospect’s business model and goals Deliver sales presentations, demos, proposals, and recommendations to business owners, executives, and key decision-makers Build and manage a healthy pipeline using CRM tools, keeping activity, notes, forecasts, and opportunity stages current and accurate Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales activity and revenue targets Collaborate with internal leadership, strategy, creative, and fulfillment teams to ensure sold solutions are properly positioned and executable Maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process and support a smooth handoff into onboarding or account management Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, digital advertising shifts, AI adoption trends, and client buying behavior Represent the Lucent Engine brand professionally in meetings, calls, presentations, events, and community-facing opportunities What You’ll Be Selling Depending on territory and business priorities, the Tech Sales Associate may sell a combination of: AI-powered marketing and business solutions CRM and automation systems Digital advertising campaigns Connected TV and streaming advertising Video content creation Lead generation programs Media and brand visibility solutions Sales enablement and growth strategy services Custom technology and digital infrastructure solutions Required Qualifications 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, media sales, SaaS sales, digital marketing sales, or consultative solution selling preferred Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue goals, quotas, or performance targets Strong communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills Confidence speaking with business owners, department leaders, and executive-level decision-makers Ability to understand technical or marketing-oriented products and translate them into real business outcomes Strong organizational skills and discipline in pipeline management Experience using CRM systems to manage opportunities and track activity Self-starter with a high level of accountability, urgency, and follow-through Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications Experience selling advertising, SaaS, digital media, marketing services, or automation solutions Familiarity with consultative selling frameworks and value-based sales conversations Experience with prospecting tools, sales engagement platforms, LinkedIn outreach, or CRM automation Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as paid social, search, display, CTV, or lead generation funnels Existing business network or regional market familiarity is a plus Core Competencies Prospecting and pipeline generation Discovery and needs analysis Solution-based selling Presentation and proposal delivery Negotiation and closing CRM hygiene and forecasting Cross-functional collaboration Business acumen Adaptability and coachability Success Metrics Performance in this role may be measured by: New business meetings booked Qualified opportunities created Proposal volume and close rate Monthly and quarterly revenue closed Pipeline value and stage progression CRM accuracy and follow-up consistency Client retention and sales quality Activity metrics including calls, emails, meetings, and outbound touches What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who combines credibility with hustle.
