
Marketing Project Manager

Our healthcare client is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to support multiple internal business partners and ensure the successful delivery of marketing initiatives. This is a consulting opportunity that has potential to go fulltime and requires working onsite in Philadelphia 1 day per week and 4 days remote. This role requires a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 4–5 active business/clinical partners, serving as the primary point of contact for marketing project execution.
- Own project intake, timelines, resourcing, and delivery using Workfront (required).
- Track project status, dependencies, and risks while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders, providing clear updates and managing expectations.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams including creative, marketing, and clinical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing project management or a similar role.
- Hands‑on Workfront experience (required).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive communicator and self‑starter who takes ownership and anticipates needs.
- Experience working with internal clients or business partners; healthcare experience is a plus.
