The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a highly organized, self-starting Key Account Manager to own and grow our enterprise, multi-location, and franchise accounts ($10M–$20M+). If you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoy building relationships, and know how to keep multiple moving pieces aligned—this role is for you.
You’ll play a critical role in driving adoption, engagement, and expansion across our largest accounts, while working closely with the Head of Partnerships to unlock new growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders at once
- Comfortable operating in a startup environment
- Sales and/or customer service background preferred (not required)
What You’ll Do:
- Own day-to-day account management and client engagement
- Lead onboarding for new enterprise and referral-generated accounts
- Troubleshoot product or service issues and coordinate resolutions
- Partner with the Head of Partnerships on enterprise growth initiatives
- Identify expansion opportunities and drive referrals
- Build and maintain relationships across multiple locations and decision-makers
- Travel for high-value accounts as needed (potential after 6 months)
Responsibilities
- Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders
- Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners
- Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Growth Path:
- Transition into a full-cycle, referral-driven Account Executive role
- Own a full book of business or multiple enterprise branches
- Take on upsell, expansion, and revenue ownership responsibilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 2+ years' of relevant work experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
