Our client is a world-class global manufacturer of precision-engineered components for automotive, trailer, and industrial applications is seeking an experienced Regional Technical Sales Manager. This requires strong technical aptitude- the ability to discuss fit, form, function, and durability in demanding applications.


As a key individual contributor, you'll own the regional sales strategy, expand market presence, and deliver financial performance through account development and cross-functional collaboration across the territory.


Territory locations: Charlotte, NC | Chicago, IL | Phoeniz, AZ | Las Vegas, NV


Role Overview:

  • Execute territory strategy for growth and market expansion
  • Prospect and develop new customers while cultivating trusted relationships with existing customers, distributors, and channel partners to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams across engineering, operations, and product management to align market needs with technical solutions
  • Own sales forecasting, pipeline, and CRM reporting
  • 50% travel required


Ideal Background:

  • Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven success in industrial or OEM sales with strong technical fluency
  • Experience managing a defined territory for growth and customer retention
  • Experience providing engineered solutions and consultative sales approach
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results, influence internal stakeholders, and navigate complex, solution-based sales cycles
  • Reside in assigned territory
