Remote Junior Graphic Design job at Bliss Events. Aurora, IL. We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer and highly motivated self-starter to join our Graphics Design team. In this role, you will be part of our design/media team and work on a variety of creative projects across a range of media. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail and a collaborative, creative, independent work style.
Primary Responsibilities
Help build and expand our internal creative resource libraries and servers
A creative thinker who is comfortable talking with clients and colleagues to understand their ideas and bring them to life
Prepared to push boundaries - happy with day-to-day tasks but always looking for ways to add value
Manage multiple projects in various stages of production
Comply with company branding standards
Translate business objectives into creative solutions
Assist in special projects as needed
Proof content and copy with attention to detail
Maintain daily project reporting, and archival duties
Requirements
Must possess compelling design and typography skills as well as the ability to clearly communicate through visual messaging.
Expert knowledge of: Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Working knowledge in web design technologies including HTML, HTML5, and CSS.
You are detail-oriented, efficient, organized, self-starter, highly productive, and have a collaborative approach to work
Excellent communication skills
Can-do attitude. Willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done
Ability to collaborate on brainstorming, concepting brand assets
College degree in Web, Graphic Design or Electronic Media
Commitment to producing quality products
You must be comfortable following directions, receiving feedback and asking questions
Prepress preparation experience
