Position Overview
New England Futbol Club (NEFC) New Englands Premier Youth Soccer Club is seeking a full-time Creative Content Specialist with a strong emphasis on video production. This role will own the visual storytelling of the club - from hype reels and matchday energy to in-depth interviews and feature stories. Quick turnaround times are essential; content must be delivered efficiently without compromising quality.
Core Responsibilities
Video Production (Primary Focus):
- Film training sessions, league matches, tournaments, and club events
- Produce high-energy hype reels for teams, showcases, playoffs, and major moments
- Capture and produce player, coach, and leadership interviews
- Create player profile features and recruiting-focused content
- Develop short-form vertical content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
- Produce longer-form storytelling pieces for website and YouTube
- Operate cameras, audio, lighting, and field equipment independently
- Deliver same-day or next-day edits when required
- Produce matchday recap videos within tight timelines
- Add graphics, captions, music, and branded overlays consistent with NEFC standards
- Maintain organized workflows for rapid post-production
- Collaborate with club leadership on seasonal campaigns
- Support major initiatives (uniform launches, summits, tournaments, philanthropic efforts)
- Ensure visual consistency across all digital platforms
- Elevate NEFC's competitive and developmental identity through video
- 2+ years professional video production experience (sports preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of sports storytelling and pacing
- Ability to work nights and weekends consistently
- Comfortable operating in outdoor game environments
- Highly organized and deadline-driven
- Experience in high-level youth soccer environments
- Understanding of recruiting and college exposure content
- Ability to balance cinematic storytelling with quick, punchy edits
