Overview We are seeking an experienced Media Buyer who have run successful lead generation campaigns at scale. This role is responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns that drive high-quality leads at efficient costs. You will work closely with internal teams to scale campaigns while maintaining performance and lead quality.
Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, etc.)
Optimize campaigns to improve CPL, lead quality, and conversion rates
Build and test audiences, creatives, and funnels
Monitor daily performance and adjust budgets accordingly
Track and report on key metrics (CPL, conversion rate, volume)
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align lead quality with business goals
Requirements
2+ years of media buying experience with a focus on lead generation
Proven experience managing paid campaigns at scale
Strong understanding of funnels, landing pages, and conversion tracking
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Preferred
Experience in home services, contractors, or SMB lead generation
Familiarity with CRM integrations and lead tracking
Experience managing multiple client accounts
