As a Senior Advertising Sales Executive, you are responsible for prospecting, closing, and growing revenue. You will build and own your own book of business while leveraging 3131 Media Solutions’ creative, digital, and operational infrastructure.

What you do

Prospect daily using outbound strategies (calls, LinkedIn, referrals, networking), supported by our business development team using AI‑powered lead generation

Run discovery meetings and uncover business growth opportunities

Build and close complete advertising solutions

Own client relationships from close through growth

Expand revenue within your book of business year over year

Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in advertising, media, or digital sales.

Proven record of exceeding revenue goals and developing long‑term client relationships.

Compensation

Base salary + uncapped commission
