Associate Creative Director - Art We are looking for an Associate Creative Director - Art to partner with a Writer. We are also seeking a creative team ACD Art and Copy; if you have a partner, let us know in the comments.
About You
We’re looking for proven, creative advertisers. A stellar resume and a portfolio that’s popping with witty, unique ideas. Your work is built on solid strategy and an artist’s eye.
You bring a creator’s mindset and passion to your work, and you’ll lead creatives who want to do the same. Create. Teach. Do it again and again.
You view the world through a lens that’s totally your own and you know how to get others to see it too.
You inspire up-and-coming creatives, clients love working with you, and team members admire what you do.
You work fast, treating time as an arrow in your quiver.
You’re constantly talking, thinking, and doing everything about art, creativity, AI and innovation, and you’ll end up exactly where you need to be—working with us.
About The Role We’re looking for big thinkers. Big ideas are the name of the game—whether it’s coming up with campaigns for new business pitches, uber‑creative ideas for competitive projects or highly‑conceptual thinking for work in need of a refresh. We want pie‑in‑the‑sky, “man that’s cool” thinking, presenting and executing. This position is solely based around creativity and coming up with ideas others can’t. We need innovation, originality and craftsmanship.
And it’s not just ideas on paper. These ideas need to sing. Brought to life with art direction and pizazz that’s impossible to ignore—scripts, events, decks… you need to be able to whip up and nuance work that answers any opportunity that comes your way.
More than just layouts, we want exploration and execution.
More than just campaigns, work that can flex and wow.
More than just presentations, creative territories that have legs and guts.
Social, social, social.
If you can come up with ideas that have a life all their own, inspire others to do the same and get work in the client’s eyes and over the finish line, you’re perfect for this role—and your portfolio will thank you.
About The Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred in creative or design‑related fields. Advertising, Marketing a plus.
8+ years of agency and/or in‑house creative experience, with a proven track record of delivering high quality work across a range of project types.
