POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Director (Copy) to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of delivering innovative, impactful advertising campaigns across a diverse range of clients, with a particular focus on B2B Experience, Financial Services. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to inspire and mentor creative teams—along with fostering the client relationship and growing the portfolio. Additionally, while we are seeking a Creative Director with a Copywriting background, we need the candidate to have a strong design sensibility and a comfort level providing art/design direction to the design team.
As Creative Director, you will guide concept development from idea to execution, ensuring all work is clear, engaging, and aligned with brand objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with designers and cross-functional teams, combining narrative thinking with a strong visual sensibility to deliver cohesive, high-impact creative.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the development of integrated creative campaigns across digital, social, brand, and content channels
Originate and oversee concept development, ensuring ideas are insight-driven, strategically sound, and creatively exceptional
Write and refine high-level copy, messaging frameworks, and brand narratives for complex B2B audiences
Translate technical or financial subject matter into clear, engaging, and differentiated storytelling
Partner closely with designers and art directors to ensure cohesive execution across copy and visual expression
Provide clear, constructive feedback to creative teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
Present ideas confidently to internal stakeholders and clients, articulating both creative rationale and business impact
Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all deliverables
Stay current on industry trends, especially within financial services and B2B marketing
QUALIFICATIONS
8–12+ years of experience in a creative role, with a strong foundation in copywriting
Proven experience working in an agency environment, with leadership or senior-level responsibility
Demonstrated success developing campaigns for B2B brands; experience in Financial Services or Capital Markets strongly preferred
Exceptional writing skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas without losing nuance
Strong conceptual thinking with a portfolio that showcases integrated campaign work
A refined design sensibility and ability to collaborate closely with designers and art directors
Experience mentoring and guiding creative teams
Strong presentation and client-facing skills
