Prestigious financial services firm is seeking an experienced
Events Manager
to join its New York–based Events team. This is a highly visible, hands‑on role responsible for delivering high‑impact internal and client‑facing programs including investor meetings, conferences, webinars, executive offsites, receptions, and team events (approx 200 events annually).
Responsibilities:
Own end‑to‑end execution of all company onsite and offsite events and virtual events
Partner with senior stakeholders to align events with business goals
Manage venues, vendors, contracts, production timelines, catering, AV, guest logistics, communications, and materials
Oversee invitations, agendas, collateral, and registration (Cvent)
Track event budgets and reporting
Collaborate cross‑functionally with IR, Communications, Technology, and leadership
Requirements:
8–10+ years corporate events experience (financial services preferred)
Proven ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously
Strong stakeholder presence, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Familiarity with NYC venues/vendors
