This position is based on-site at our Irvine location, with in-office hours Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates must be able to reliably commute and work on-site during these days. One remote workday is available on Fridays.

This is a non-exempt, hourly position with a starting pay range of $30–$32 per hour.

This role offers the opportunity to work on dynamic consumer products and licensed brand partnerships, contributing to designs that reach a wide audience across retail and digital channels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Partner with PD Creative to bring original artwork to life across products and marketing programs for Blue Sky brands and licensed influencer partnerships

Lead the development of licensed programs from concept to completion, ensuring accuracy of assets, color consistency, layout execution, and packaging design

Manage the full lifecycle of projects, maintaining momentum and quality from initial concept through final production

Participate in internal and external meetings with brands and licensors to ensure design integrity, brand voice, and aesthetic are consistently executed

Follow established processes, workflows, and file standards to ensure timely and accurate project completion

Utilize PLM systems to access, manage, and maintain critical project information

Create compelling merchandising renderings and product imagery for account presentations

Design POP materials and merchandising artwork to support retail initiatives

Develop product and marketing imagery for retailer programs and digital/web use

Ensure color accuracy and design consistency across product lines and collections

Maintain strong file organization and version control across all projects

Demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Participate in on-site and off-site training programs as needed

Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed to meet team and department goals

Portfolio of work

BA in art and design

Expert in Adobe Applications with a strong emphasis in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator

Strong design sense both conceptually and mechanically

Experience in stationery products preferred

Strong attention to detail and technical skills

Must be able to use Microsoft office, Monday.com, and other software functionality

A team player with excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Highly motivated, proactive, organized, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
