DDAM, New York, NY, United States
About the job
Position Overview
DDAM is seeking a driven and connected Influencer & Brand Marketing Coordinator to join our growing clothing brand team. This role is designed for someone who knows the fashion and beauty creator landscape inside and out — the accounts, the managers, the agencies — and moves through it with ease. The ideal candidate will own our creator relationships and brand partnerships end to end, bringing both strategic thinking and meticulous execution to everything they touch.
Responsibilities Influencer Relations & Outreach:
Identify, pitch, and onboard new creator partners aligned with DDAM's aesthetic and values
Manage ongoing influencer relationships including gifting, check-ins, content feedback, and long-term partnership development
Nurture creator relationships with the same care and consistency as a trusted brand rep
Stay ahead of trends in the creator economy and surface new partnership opportunities proactively
Brand Partnership Communications:
Handle all brand partnership communications including Instagram DMs, emails to talent managers and brand reps, and inbound collaboration inquiries
Write outreach and pitch emails that are warm, clear, and get responses
Maintain professional communication standards representing the DDAM brand across all touchpoints
ShopMy & Affiliate Management:
Manage DDAM's ShopMy account — curating the shelf, tracking performance, and keeping it current season
Track and report on influencer activity, content performance, and affiliate results
Maintain familiarity with ShopMy, LTK, or similar affiliate and creator platforms
Gifting & Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate gifting logistics from pull requests to shipping to follow-up
Ensure gifted packages are assembled accurately and presented in an on‑brand manner
Maintain organized records of gifting activity, tracking numbers, and delivery confirmations
Qualifications Experience & Background:
2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, PR, or brand partnerships — fashion or lifestyle brands strongly preferred
Existing relationships in the fashion and creator space, or a clear track record of building them quickly
Familiarity with the fashion cycle, seasonal drops, and how to align creator content with brand moments
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with ShopMy, LTK, or similar affiliate and creator platforms
Strong organizational skills with the ability to track every touchpoint, shipment, and follow‑up
Comfortable with digital communication tools and platforms
Professional Attributes:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — warm, clear, and persuasive
Strong aesthetic sensibility — a clear understanding of what looks and feels right for DDAM
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple relationships simultaneously
Genuine passion for fashion, brand culture, and the creator economy
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience at a fashion brand, PR agency, or talent/influencer agency
Existing network of micro and mid-tier fashion creators
Background in content creation or UGC
Work Environment This position operates in a dynamic, fast‑growing brand environment where creator trends move quickly and no two weeks look the same. During product launches and key brand moments, the pace intensifies significantly — we're looking for someone who thrives in that energy and sees it as an opportunity to do their best work.
