We’re partnering with an exceptional, well-funded stealth startup to find a truly rare 3D & Motion Designer. This is not a typical design role. This is for a multidisciplinary creative who sees beyond screens, someone obsessed with craft, motion, and how brands live in three dimensions. What They’re Looking For You’re not just a designer, you’re an artist with taste. A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional 3D work (modelling, lighting, animation, rendering) A distinct visual point of view, original, bold, and unmistakably yours Someone who thrives in creative ambiguity and pushes boundaries within constraints Experience beyond tech - fashion, editorial, luxury, culture Deep understanding of motion as storytelling, not just decoration This is not a UI/UX or product design role. What You’ll Do Bring a consumer product to life through motion and 3D inside the app Define how a brand moves, breathes, and exists in space Translate a strong 2D identity into dynamic, dimensional experiences Create across formats, product, social, installations, environments Collaborate directly with the Founder to execute a bold creative vision Push the boundaries of a design system while respecting its rules Ideal Background 5+ years in 3D & motion (or a portfolio that makes years irrelevant) Experience with rule-based or constrained visual systems (e.g. pixel art) Proven ability to execute—this is a hands‑on role, not purely strategic Background in top-tier agencies or creative studios (bonus if Creative Director level) Experience with physical outputs (installations, merchandise, environments) #J-18808-Ljbffr
