About the Role As an Associate Producer, you will support the end-to-end development of motion-based games — from concept through launch — ensuring projects stay on track, teams stay aligned, and our player experience remains magical, intuitive, and family-friendly.
You’ll work closely with design, engineering, art, QA, and external partners to coordinate deliverables, manage schedules, and maintain clear communication across stakeholders.
This is an ideal role for someone who loves games, thrives in fast-moving environments, and cares deeply about creating meaningful experiences for kids and families.
What You’ll Do Production & Execution
Maintain production schedules, and milestone tracking
Participate in and help run stand‑ups and cross‑functional sync meetings
Track dependencies, risks, and blockers across teams
Ensure builds and deliverables are on time and aligned with scope
Prepare milestone reports and stakeholder updates
Motion-Based Gameplay Support
Coordinate implementation of camera‑based motion gameplay systems
Support playtesting with kids and families; synthesize feedback into actionable insights
Track motion calibration, usability improvements, and accessibility features
Ensure experiences are intuitive for a wide age range and skill levels
Evaluate milestones, write build notes and help compile stakeholder feedback.
Kids & Family Focus
Advocate for age‑appropriate design and safety considerations
Support external brand or IP collaboration workflows when applicable
Keep fun, accessibility, and inclusivity at the center of development
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the communication bridge between creative, technical, and business teams
Partner with QA to prioritize and track bug resolution
Support publishing needs (build delivery, feature documentation, gameplay capture coordination)
Help coordinate external development partners when needed
What We’re Looking For Required
3+ years experience in game production or project management
Experience working on shipped game titles (mobile, console, or interactive platform)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows
Experience with tools such as GitHub, Notion, Asana, or equivalent
Passion for kids, family entertainment, and active play
Willingness to be available for recurring calls with various time zones including Hong Kong (4-7pm pacific Monday-Thursday)
Bonus Points
Experience with motion-based, camera-based, or fitness-style games
Experience working with licensed IP or external partners
Background in consumer hardware or platform-based products
Experience conducting or coordinating playtests with children
