Dealership Inventory Photographer

Pro-MotionPix is seeking a full-time Dealership Inventory Photographer to help dealerships keep their vehicle listings accurate, organized, and visually compelling. In this role, you'll manage on-lot inventory, capture professional photos and videos, and ensure every vehicle is properly staged and documented for online marketing.

Using a company-issued iPhone and mobile app, you'll work directly on dealership lots to verify inventory, label vehicles, and keep listings up to date. You'll be the link between dealership operations and their digital showroom helping cars look their best and stay visible to potential buyers.

Travel to assigned dealerships in your own reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)

Audit, locate, and move vehicles to staging areas for photography

Capture clear, high-quality photos, 360 spins, and videos using a company-issued iPhone and app

Apply and maintain vehicle window stickers and inventory labels

Verify inventory accuracy and communicate with dealership staff about missing or unavailable vehicles

Keep vehicle listings organized and current through daily updates and quality checks

Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated and efficient when working independently

Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile apps

Manual transmission experience a plus (not required)

Paid training no photography experience needed

Company-issued iPhone and equipment
