As a Virtuance Photography Partner (an independent contractor opportunity), you can create your own schedule and work independently while collaborating with an awesome Real Estate Photography Team.

We are based out of Denver, CO, and have over 30 markets nationwide. We are seeking photographers to partner with us and photograph for clients in the residential and commercial sectors.

As a Virtuance Photography Partner (a 1099 contractor role), we take care of marketing, sales, editing, scheduling, client communication, and all other business aspects so you can focus on photography.
Requirements for Success
Meet all equipment requirements (listed below)
Part 107 Remote Pilot in Command license
Proof of Limited Liability Insurance with a minimum of $1M coverage
Commitment to excellent customer service
Availability 2 days a week (Monday–Friday)
Reliable internet connection
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel between shoots
Enthusiasm for joining the best network of real‑estate professionals
Equipment Requirements
Digital SLR body capable of bracketing 5+ in AEB mode
Wide‑angle lens (no prime lenses)
Mavic models, DJI Phantom 3, 4, Inspire 1, S900 or better, capable of bracketing 5 images (No GoPro)
Sturdy tripod
Ball head
Laptop with Windows 32‑bit, Windows 64‑bit, or Mac OS X
Theta Z1 camera
Smartphone—iPhone 11 or newer, or Android

Compensation We offer competitive compensation, paying a percentage of the total price of each package ordered. Compensation is divided between ground and aerial products and can range from $40 to $250+ per job. More details to follow.
Certification Requirements This opportunity includes free online educational tools for learning about photography and real‑estate, as well as access to groundbreaking technology. You must demonstrate photography competency by completing a remote certification course and a test photoshoot.
