About the Role

We are seeking a

Senior Manager, Public Relations (Consumer)

to lead impactful earned media strategies across a portfolio of meal kit brands. In this role, you will drive brand awareness, strengthen reputation, and build meaningful consumer connections through compelling storytelling and strategic media engagement. You’ll partner cross-functionally with brand, global PR, and agency teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns that elevate brand visibility and support key business initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute consumer-focused PR strategies that drive brand awareness and affinity Build and maintain strong relationships with media to secure high-impact coverage Craft compelling narratives and messaging for brands, products, and campaigns Lead cross-functional PR initiatives in partnership with brand strategy, global PR, and external agencies Manage PR efforts across multiple brands, balancing priorities and ensuring consistent messaging Oversee campaign planning and execution, including a major Q3 campaign launch in August Monitor and analyze PR performance, providing insights and recommendations During a temporary coverage period, this role will shift focus to support a flagship brand campaign, working closely with global PR and U.S. brand strategy teams to deliver a high-visibility Q3 launch. Qualifications

Required:

Strong media relations experience with a proven track record of securing coverage Expertise in developing and executing consumer PR strategies Experience managing cross-functional campaigns across multiple stakeholders Preferred:

Experience managing PR or creative agencies Background supporting multiple brands or a brand portfolio simultaneously
