Publisher . Key Responsibilities
Manage a personal sales territory while leading a two-person sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Develop and execute national sales strategies for print, online, event sponsorships, and new marketing service offerings. Manage and grow relationships with key government organization accounts. Identify new revenue streams and product opportunities in collaboration with the leadership team. Represent Group C Media at industry trade shows and client meetings. Oversee accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting. Desired Skills and Experience
Proven track record in
national media sales
(print, digital, and event sponsorships preferred). Demonstrated success leading a sales team and driving revenue growth. Entrepreneurial mindset — a self-starter who can identify opportunities and execute strategies. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (CRM experience a plus). This position reports directly to the company President. Travel required to trade shows and within national territory. Annual base salary, plus attractive commission structure and 401K match. Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off. Hybrid work environment.
